Here is some information on our rental policy.

To rent a tool from SDT, Inc. Your company will need to have done one of the following:

• Established a credit account with Specialty Drilling Tools, Inc. that is in good standing.
• Have a credit card on file that can be charged if the tool is not returned.

The company to which the tool is assigned will be responsible for the care and return of the tool in good condition.

The item rented will be subject to inspection upon return, and the customer will be responsible for any repairs beyond normal wear.

A daily or monthly rate will be charged for time of expected rental.

After expected rental time has been exceeded a stand-by charge will accumulate to a maximum of 30 days. Any tool or item not returned to SDT, Inc. within 30 days will be considered sold and be billed to the customer at the full replacement price in addition to stand by time for half of the month that the tool was rented.

Note: If during your rental you wish to purchase the tool you will still be responsible for half of the rent incurred during the rental period in addition to the price* of the tool.

*If the tool was new when rented a new price will be billed. If the tool was used, a used tool price will be billed.
